We are a brand identity studio helping purpose-led organizations grow with meaning and clarity.

Founded in 2016, Agency Co. is a small senior team of strategists and designers. We believe a strong identity is not decoration — it is a decision-making tool that aligns teams and earns attention.

A confident new identity for a modern lending platform, built around trust, momentum, and radical clarity.

Overview

Northline came to us as a fast-growing fintech with a dated visual language and a story nobody could retell. Over twelve weeks we rebuilt the brand from strategy up: a sharpened positioning, a confident wordmark, and a system flexible enough to span product, marketing, and investor relations.

Identity System

Five core elements carry the brand — a wordmark, monogram, color palette, typographic voice, and a flexible pattern for backgrounds and motion.
