An evening at Ambre is a study in fire, season & craft

Chef Elena Marchetti builds each tasting around what the market offers that morning — open-hearth cooking, house ferments, and a cellar of small-grower wines.

About the Experience

One room, eighteen tables, a single long hearth

Ambre occupies a converted 1920s print works in the foundry district. The dining room wraps around an open kitchen where every course is finished over oak and vine cuttings.

Sommelier Jonas Reyes curates a cellar of 400 bins, leaning on growers who farm their vines by hand. Ask for the off-menu pairing — it changes nightly.
